AluHill International is dedicated to providing high-quality, highly stable alumina-based refractory materials for high-temperature industries worldwide. Building on over two decades of expertise from its parent company, AluHill focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of bauxite, kaolin, mullite, fused mullite, and casting sand. Today, it stands as a leading enterprise in China’s alumina refractory sector in terms of technology, scale, and quality.

Located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, near the port of Tianjin, AluHill operates a modern 60,000 m² manufacturing base equipped with advanced systems including jaw crushers, cone crushers, Barmac crushers, Raymond mills, probability screens, and sand-making lines. The facility achieves an annual output of 200,000 tons of aggregate, 30,000 tons of fine powder, and 20,000 tons of foundry sand. All products undergo magnetic separation and refined grading to ensure superior purity and particle stability for demanding high-temperature and corrosive applications.

To ensure consistent product quality, AluHill has established a long-term partnership with Northern China’s leading third-party lab—SITII (Shibiao Testing Technology). A full-process quality control system is in place, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery, including advanced testing using the PANalytical XRF spectrometer from the Netherlands. This guarantees compliance with stringent international standards.
